    This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. It is slower paced, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, relax, and even break a sweat in a supportive environment. Participants are asked to bring their own mats or may use one of ours. All classes are $10 with a $5 discount if you are a Renew Active, Silver & Fit, or Silver Sneakers member.

  6. Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga uses seated, reclined, and mat-based yoga postures/alignments to allow unwinding from the pace of daily living. Longer holds for most postures allows an opportunity to experience deeper stretching, focus, and relaxation. Props, such as blocks and straps, will be available to assist in alignment and support. This class will use breath work practices and also incorporate meditation skills to explore the mind-body connection.
