    Working out can be fun! Dance Fit with Erin classes get you moving while dancing to hip-hop music. All fitness levels are encouraged and embraced. Move however you can and take breaks as needed without judgement. The goal is to have fun and love our bodies for what they CAN do. WEAR WORKOUT CLOTHES/SHOES, BRING WATER BOTTLE & SWEAT TOWEL! If it’s hot, we recommend putting your wet towel and water bottle in a cold cooler.

    At each Walk and Talk, you’ll have the chance to meet others in your community who are also caring for loved ones that are facing a challenge. We’ll start with a short, easy hike in the woods together to connect with nature and break the ice. Afterwards, you may choose to stay with the group for a private conversation about the topics below lead by the professional from each of the following organizations. If you are caring for a loved one facing a challenge, we invite you to take a little time for yourself and get to know the resources in our community that are here to support you! Please register for the following topics separately.     This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. It is slower paced, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, relax, and even break a sweat in a supportive environment. Participants are asked to bring their own mats or may use one of ours. All classes are $10 with a $5 discount if you are a Renew Active, Silver & Fit, or Silver Sneakers member.
