Blues in the 'Burg is a can't-miss event for the whole family! The festival returns to Brownsburg on Saturday, September 9, for the sixth consecutive year. This free outdoor music festival showcases national and regional blues artists, including the Grammy-nominated headliner Janiva Magness. From live music to food, drinks, and games, Blues in the 'Burg has something to offer to people of all ages. Here's what you need to know before attending.

Lineup
Blues in the 'Burg free music festival begins at 2:30 p.m. and offers over 7 hours of live blues music. Spread across two stages, soul, rock, and jazz blues music will surely make your toes tap. This year's award-winning artist lineup features Lightnin' Rod & The Thunderbolts, Brandon Santini, Harper & the Midwest Kind, King Bee & the Stingers, Janiva Magness, and The Reverend Shawn Amos.

Entertainment
Families are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs or blankets to the festival while enjoying the live entertainment. In addition to music, there will be plenty of yard games and play opportunities for all ages. Enjoy face painting by the Brownsburg National Art Honor Society from 4-6 p.m.

Food and Drinks
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from some of Central Indiana's favorite food trucks. Brownsburg Books & Brews and Let's Wine Down will host a beer and wine garden for adults 21 and over.

Have sensory needs? Visit our sensory-friendly tents located on the festival lawn and staffed by K1ds Count for a relaxing space with weighted blankets, fans, and activities.
Accessible portable restrooms will be available alongside other portable restroom options in the parking lot next to Bundy Lodge.
Accessible parking for this event will be located at Bundy Lodge.
All primary pathways through the event are accessible for individuals who utilize a wheelchair. Additionally, a temporary wheelchair-accessible path will assist festival attendees onto the lawn.
The lawn area will be loud, with bright with lights. Some lighting in the evening may be used that may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.
Parking
Parking is available in Arbuckle Acres Park, along Lucas Dr., and The Arbuckle parking garage. Please note, the upper level asphalt parking lots of Arbuckle Acres Park will be closed for the festival.
Restrooms
The restrooms located at the Arbuckle Acres Park playground will be open for the public. Portable restrooms will be available within the festival area.
First Aid, Emergencies, Lost Parents/Children
Visit the Brownsburg Parks tent for first aid and lost party members. Event staff should be notified immediately of any emergency situations or suspicious activity.
