Construction has started on Arbuckle II in downtown Brownsburg. Flaherty & Collins is constructing a 120,000 sq. ft., four-story, mixed-use, multi-family development that will include approximately 100 residential units and an estimated 3,600 sq. ft. of retail space, including a rooftop sky-deck.
The Arbuckle phase 1 opened in 2019 and is at nearly 100 percent resident capacity. Flaherty & Collins is investing $22 million in phase 2. The development will open in 2024.
The Arbuckle II, located on the northwest corner of Green St. and Arbuckle Commons, will feature an outdoor grilling area, dog park, and 24-hour fitness center for residents, along with individual office and conference room space. Phases 1 and 2 will also share amenities, including the saltwater pool at Arbuckle I.
