Earlier this month the department held a promotion process looking for leadership for the Operations Division. There were several deserving candidates that tested and were interviewed. At the January Special PC Meeting Police Commissioners announced that Officer David Koelling was selected as Corporal. Cpl. Koelling has been with the department since 2016, he also a member of the ERT Unit. Congratulations!
