The Elevate Office, a hub for small business opportunities, opened in downtown Brownsburg in 2018. Today, the office and co-working space is operating at 97 percent capacity with more than 125 businesses. The space has become a hub for entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses in Brownsburg.
Property Manager Audrey Walton, who has managed the Elevate Offices since late 2019, says Elevate’s goal is to provide a place for small businesses to launch and grow.
“I’ve seen a lot of people start here and grow their customer base and eventually grow out of here, which I love,” Audrey said.
Unlike a traditional office, Elevate Office consists of members who work for or own various companies, ventures, start-ups, and projects, from freelancers to remote workers.
“We really try to provide everything our members could need,” Audrey said. “It’s the most rewarding to be with a business through their entire journey. We’ll knock down walls and renovate suites to help a growing business meet demand.”
Victory Title, Inc. started at Elevate and has expanded three times since then.
In addition, Audrey says businesses within Elevate can make natural connections with one another thanks to the variety of industries the building can serve.
“That’s the most rewarding part of my job,” said Audrey. “Victory Title, Inc. was able to connect with several real estate agents also located in [Elevate]. It’s a win-win situation for everyone, and I’m happy to serve as a connection point for them.”
“I love the collaborative environment here,” said Moulder Jewelers Design Studio owner Anthony Moulder. “My website was designed by TRG Web Designs, located in this building. I get my hair cut down the hallway. We all give each other feedback to improve our businesses.”
Audrey says cultivating that community environment is a priority for the Elevate Office. In addition, the office provides members with several resources including hosting BNI Indiana meetings, the Greater Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce series meetings, and other networking groups.
