Brownsburg Police Commissioner Paul Whalen presented Morgan Comage with the 2021 Support Services Civilian of the Year Award. Morgan is the department's Victim Advocate and works with the Detectives as part of the Investigations Unit. Morgan has been with our agency for 2 years.
