We are excited to welcome and celebrate new businesses to the Town of Brownsburg this winter! We’re proud that over 1,300 businesses, including restaurants, shopping, and services call Brownsburg home. By the end of October, our Economic Development Department secured over $132 million in capital investment and 900 jobs paying an average of over $25 per hour.

Construction has officially started on the Ronald Reagan Logistics Center, located near I-74 and Connector Rd. This two-phase development is Brownsburg’s largest commercial development, ideal for logistics and distribution. The first phase of the development includes four buildings totaling 1,411,800 SF and parking space for 298 trailers and 774 cars. Construction for one of the buildings will be completed in June 2022 and the other three buildings will be completed by fall 2022.

Mercury Marine, the world’s leading manufacturer of recreational marine propulsion engines, announced its new distribution center in Brownsburg within the Ronald Reagan Logistics Center near I-74 and Ronald Reagan Parkway. The 512,000 square foot facility is expected to create around 250 new jobs. Construction is currently underway and is anticipated to be complete in the fall of 2022.

Orano Med, a French-based biotechnology company, is in the process of opening its second US-based manufacturing facility in Brownsburg. The company plans to make a first investment of $15+ million in new laboratories and equipment to manufacture and distribute radiopharmaceuticals to treat cancer in humans.



The Small Business Hub of Brownsburg at 1060 E. Main St. has several new businesses, including Veteran-owned photography studio Gronde Photography. The husband-and-wife team was voted one of the best commercial photographers in Indianapolis! Brie and Bartlett has been making waves in Hendricks County with unique grazing and charcuterie boards. K. West Fine Art recently opened a gallery and art studio. The artist and owner, Kevin Nance West, has been featured in Visionary Artist Magazine, Active Life Magazine, and is currently exhibited at Serendipity Labs in the Carmel Arts & Design District.
Dawson’s Too Sticks and Stones and Pit Stop BBQ and Grill are combining to create new restaurant The Locale. The Locale will renovate the former Pit Stop space before permanently moving in. The menu will feature menu favorites from Pit Stop and the Rose’s current restaurant. Thank you, Harold and family, for choosing Brownsburg as your restaurant’s home in 2009. You will be missed.

In September, Studio K Microblading moved into the nearly 100-year-old building at 434 E. Main St. #A from Elevate Offices.

Board & Brush moved locations and opened their larger studio in late August at 434 E. Main St.

Modern Farm Baby Wellness and Massage Therapy opened in December at 311 E. Main St. Suite A. They offer massage therapy and doula services. Noble Somatic Wellness, offering integrated therapeutic massages, is moving to this location from Elevate Office later this year.
Brightly Art Studio will be moving into the former Nelson’s Jewelry location at 22 E. Main St. early this year. The building is currently being renovated to include two classrooms, a community rental space, a workroom, and a retail storefront.

The Shell Gas Station at 2679 S. Green St. opened late last year.

The BP Gas Station at 3201 S. Green St. opened recently.
Located in the Elevate Office, Aligned with Green Wellness, offering nutritional counseling, bodywork, and yoga classes, opened in December.

Superior Garage Door Systems, Inc. moved from their location on Green St. to a larger space at 421 Johnson Lane, Suite A. The company has been located in Brownsburg for over 25 years.

After nearly two years, IHOP at 395 W Northfield Dr. reopened in December. We appreciate the restaurant offering our Police Department and Fire Territory free meals during the soft opening.

Children’s Art Classes, teaching a wide variety of art mediums from painting to ceramics, opens the last week of January next to Kohls at 578 W. Northfield Dr. Suite 1070.
Green St. Pub & Eatery at 911 N. Green St. is changing ownership. Thank you, Kim Dillon and the Green St. Pub & Eatery team, for serving Brownsburg for 22 years. You will be missed.

The new Kroger location at 975 E. Green St. is officially open! The significantly larger store features widened aisles, a Starbucks, popcorn station, a bakery with artisan breads and custom cakes, a drive-thru Pharmacy, and so much more! Kroger invested over $24.8 million in Brownsburg; this is their first store to open in Indiana since 2017.

Panda Express opened in late November at 1395 N. Green St.

ALDI opened its doors on December 2. ALDI offers a wide variety of products, with more than 90% as private label. The carefully selected, award-winning product mix at ALDI includes organic meats, fresh produce, gourmet cheeses, sustainable seafood, gluten-free products, specialty wine, and on-trend items.

Brownsburg Primary Care and Wellness recently opened its doors at 640 Patrick Place, Suite B in Brownsburg. This women-owned small business offers primary care, aesthetics, and a yoga studio. Meet the team by attending their upcoming Ladies Day event!

In October, Circle City ABA opened at 321 E. Northfield Drive, Suite 100. The therapy center offers individualized therapy rooms, a rock wall, trampoline, swings, a ball pit, cafeteria, and a group gross motor room.
