Residents can take advantage of the Town’s Christmas tree recycling service beginning January 3-January 14. Set your natural Christmas tree out behind the curb, not in the street, for pickup. Please make sure all ornaments, lights and decorations are removed. Do not bag the tree.
There’s no need to call to request pickup, simply make sure that your tree is on the curb for the appointed pickup week.
Route 1 (January 3-7):
Residents that live on the southside of Brownsburg (south of Main St./US 136) must have their trees on the curb by 6 AM on January 3.
Route 2 (January 10-14):
Residents that live on the northside of Brownsburg (north of Main St./US 136) must have their trees on the curb by 6 AM on January 10.
Residents are encouraged to use the Hendricks County Recycling District, located at 90 Mardale Drive, for your recycling needs. The center is open 24/7 for tree drop off through January 18. Fees vary per size of tree.
